According to reports by Take-Two and EA, NBA 2K13 has sold 49 percent more copies than its previous year's installment.
According to Jason Argent, 2K Sports Vice President, "Our early sales figures area validation of our ongoing efforts to push this franchise to new heights... We owe it to our great fans."
Of course the large sales numbers have nothing to do with the complete lack of competition. Duh.
