Weekly Workout - 15 Minutes of Hell

This workout is called the "15 Minutes of Hell". If the name of this workout doesn't make you want to do it, then there's no motivating you.
It's simple - alternate pull-ups and push-ups every minute, increasing by one every minute.

Here's how it works:

Minute 1 - One pull-up and one push-up

Minute 2 - Two pull-ups and two push-ups


Minute 3 - Three pull-ups and three push-ups

And so on until your fifteenth minute where you most likely will feel like you're in hell. If you complete this workout then comment below. The most I have ever completed was 18 minutes of it.
