It's simple - alternate pull-ups and push-ups every minute, increasing by one every minute.
Here's how it works:
Minute 1 - One pull-up and one push-up
Minute 2 - Two pull-ups and two push-ups
Minute 3 - Three pull-ups and three push-ups
And so on until your fifteenth minute where you most likely will feel like you're in hell. If you complete this workout then comment below. The most I have ever completed was 18 minutes of it.
