2-Minute Drill: Jogging is a Waste of Time

In this 2-Minute Drill I explain why jogging is a complete waste of time. Not only does it yield little to no results, but it's terrible for your joints, often leading to severe overuse injuries.

So stop spending 2 hours on the treadmill and start lifting some weights. You'll be much healthier and spend a lot less time becoming so.
