9 Minutes of Watch Dogs Multiplayer
My interest in this project was super high when it was first announced then over the following months I lost interest in it. Generally this came from my distrust of Ubisoft (I'm looking at you Assassin's Creed). I never hated the idea of this game, I just didn't want to get excited about it because I was sure that I wouldn't like it.
Yet, here we are... I am pumped for this to be released. The merging of single and muti-player gaming is really interesting to me. I know that this won't be for everyone so, luckily, there is an option to switch this off and continue your single player story in peace. The idea of walking down the street and then realising that you are getting hacked into, trying to find the hacker, killing the hacker and escaping the police sounds awesome.
Now, here is the problem, I said that 'the idea' of doing this is awesome. I don't know if it won't get goddamn annoying as soon as the game comes out and you can't get your quests done because you keep getting sidetracked by quests.
Hopefully, there is some kind of cool down period so we aren't harassed by invaders constantly. On other more positive notes there are some pretty damn cool features shown in the trailer. For example:
Driver's view? Yes please. Sure hacking bridges and steam pipes (I don't even knw how you hack a pipe) is cool but this is the thing I am most excited about. Driving around the city like Ryan Gosling in 'Drive' in first person the killing the lights and pulling up to a car park. Yes, yes, yes.
Here is the video for you, let us know what you think down below.
